In this post, I am going to show you a simple trick in order to get more content on your website.
I guarantee you that you haven’t even thought of this trick until now.
That’s all on today’s post. If you have any questions, feel free to share them with me in the comment section below!
Have you ever noticed that almost all of my reviews have the same intro and ending? At first, I never thought of it either. I only thought of how to create a simple introduction and conclusion.
Up until recently, I never thought that my simple intro had a more important role than just welcoming you to my site.
Let’s do a little math. I think that all of the intros and endings have on average 45-50 words. Now, my website has around 181 posts(this one included).
50 * 181 = 9,050 words.
I almost created an extra 10,000 words without even realizing it. Just because I have a simple introduction to the topic of the discussion and for asking the audience to share their questions with me.
I only realized this when someone asked on Wealthy Affiliate if the post/page intro counts as duplicate content. It does not since I use almost the same intro on all of my reviews and I receive plenty of organic sessions and many of my pages are ranked on the front page of Google.
Just a few seconds after thinking about that person’s question, I was counting on how many pages I would have the intro and conclusion and it suddenly hit me that this was considered content as well.
Imagine my surprise when I realized that I have a few words on 181 pages without even wanting to.
So, for those of you which try to write more and more content, remember to always create an intro to any topic that you discuss about and to always ask your audience for feedback or to share their questions with you. It doesn’t even matter if they don’t. In the worst case scenario, you will still have a lot of content after doing so!
Anyway, guys, that’s my tip for today. I hope that most of you haven’t thought about this already. If you have any questions feel free to share them with me in the comment section below — Lol… 😀
