In this lesson I am going to share with you the main methods which you can use to get traffic to your affiliate marketing website!

How do you get traffic to your website?
One of the biggest challenges for anyone who decides to build a website is to get traffic to it. In this lesson I am going to discuss with you about SEO, using ads, Social Media, Youtube and other interesting stuff that will help you to get traffic to your website.
1) SEO(Search Engine Optimization)
In simple words, SEO means all the people who search for something on a search engine(Google/Yahoo/Bing/Yandex etc.) and arrive on your website.
Now, this is the best traffic because it is free and it arrives directly on your website. However, this is the hardest type of traffic to obtain.
My website’s traffic is based 100% on SEO and due to that, I have created a lot of posts to help you get traffic as well! Don’t worry, they are all free :D!

The main problem of SEO
In order to get traffic to your website, you will have to work a lot. In general people see REAL results only after 6-8 months of constant work. This is how much time it needs to pass in order for Google and the other search engines to trust your website and to put it in the first pages of the results.
2) Using ads
In order for you to make money fast, you need to invest money. Don’t even think that you need to invest in my guides or somehting like that.
The main idea when you use ads is that you have to pay Google or Bing or Facebook or Youtube or any other platform in order to promote your posts.
How much you need to invest?
Even though I haven’t invested, I read a lot of posts and success stories(>100) and as a general rule, you will need to be able to invest $3000 for 3 months straight before gaining profit. During the first month you will be able to earn around 80% of what you invested and in the second and third month you will make profit.
What I advise you is to do this only if you can afford to lose that money. If anyone tells you that you need to invest X amount of money and you will become a millionaire in 1 month, run away. Of course, that’s unless they tell you to invest >$2 million.
You will reach success, a lot faster than relying on SEO or Social media. However, you’re taking a much higher risk!

3) Using Social Media
This is another free method that you can use in order to get some traffic to your website.
The main idea is that you need to create fan pages of your business on: Facebook. Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Pinterest and G+.
After you’ve created them, you will have to share all of your website’s posts on your social media fan pages. It will take some time for you to get followers on social media, but if you do it right, you might make more sales than the sales you will do while relying on SEO.

4) Relying on Youtube
With billions of videos being played every single day, Youtube is one of the best places for you to get some traffic from.
You can create your own Youtube channel and create videos of you reviewing different products.
Does this sound silly to you?
If that’s the case, let me tell you that there is a 6 year old who earns $11 million per year from reviewing toys. I wish I was kidding… LOL.

5) Reaching out an influential blogger in your niche
One of the most complicated solutions is to try and reach out a blogger from your current niche.
Why is it complicated?
Yes, you can simply go to their contact page and send them an e-mail, but the problem with that is what you write in it.
By what you write, I am referring to how big will be your initial offer. Most bloggers will charge you ridiculous amounts of money and sometimes it might be easier for you to simply use customized ads.
On the other hand, if you find an influential blogger and he or she promotes you, you might earn more money rather than betting on random people comming from you targeted ads.
You see… Those people already trust the blogger and in some cases if he or she reviews something, they will buy it without a second doubts. This depends on how much trust has that blogger built.

They have millions of followers and from time to time they promote a product which those girls earn big money in order to promote it.
